Distributor Membership
Distributor membership is open to any corporation, partnership, or proprietorship, whose primary business is to sell to companies other than principles in the corporation that meets all of the following requirements:
- Supplies horticultural supplies, greenhouses and equipment.
- Employs a staff of outside or inside salespeople.
- Has a warehouse with inventory, or sells principally through a catalog or internet website.
- Has been in business for at least two years.
- Has annual sales of at least $500,000.
- May not be brokers or represent other firms.
Distributor dues are based on revenue:
- $500,000 - $2,000,000 in revenue = $450 in annual dues
- $2,000,001 - $10,000,000 in revenue = $875 in annual dues
- $10,000,001 + in annual revenue = $1,050 in annual dues
*Any company meeting these requirements will be accepted as a Distributor Member upon payment of dues and pending Board approval.*

Through membership in National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, (NAW) and established partnerships with affiliate organizations, NAHSA maintains a pulse on the most important legislation that can affect your business.
